I can’t remember my password. What should I do?

How do I add my accounts to Budget Wizard?

You can add your accounts and cards to Budget Wizard using the ‘Add Account’ wizard. It’s a simple and easy process, which only requires you to enter you online banking credentials for each account. You’ll automatically be taken through the wizard when you first open your Budget Wizard account, and can then relaunch it any time by going to your dashboard.

How do I change my password?

Before changing your password, it is important to sign into your account first. Afterwards, you navigate to your Budget Wizard profile page and click on ‘Change Password’. The change would be made with immediate effect and try to also memorise the new password!

What do I do, should I get errors when adding my accounts and cards?

When adding an account and you happen to get an error, try the process again – though looks ridiculous but there is no harm in trying it, it really works! What is the cost of a Budget Wizard subscription?

Paying £29.86 per month, and access our remarkable services. Have it in mind that you can opt-out at any time, and you won’t be charged again after cancelling.

How do I opt-out of my subscription?

In cancelling your subscription which is quite easy, first make sure you are signed in, then navigate to your ‘My Profile’ page. Afterwards, you can click ‘Cancel Account’ and confirm your wish to opt-out when asked. After you’ve cancelled your account, your subscription will end and you will not be charged again except if you decide to re-join us at a later date of your choice.

Can I get a refund for my subscription fees?

Budget Wizard’s services are available on a subscription basis. You can cancel whenever you like, and this will prevent further charges.

PLEASE NOTE: you won’t be able to receive any refunds for the fees you paid before cancellation.

How secure is my information with Budget Wizard?

Your online banking details are secured and cannot be accessed either by us or by anyone. This information is highly secured by a security-conscious Third Party, with more than 15 years of involvement in the industry. We also use SSL encryption on all of our website services as one of the measures, to show how serious we take the security of your information. 

My bank told me in their Terms and Conditions not to share my login information. Is this correct?

Your login details need to be protected to prevent extortion and several misuse, so your bank is correct to warn you about this. Budget Wizard simply makes available a secure service that helps you determine and secure your finances. While some banks openly admit some of these services in their Terms and Conditions, others do not talk about them but it does not mean they do not want you to use this service.
